Hi, I’m Alexis!
I’m someone who values structure and consistency, and I like being intentional with how I spend my time. I tend to be pretty detail-oriented, and I naturally gravitate toward routines that help me stay organized while still working toward personal growth.
At the same time, I’m very much a homebody. I really appreciate having a space that feels calm, and I value time to reset and recharge. I try to find a balance between staying driven and making room for the slower, more relaxed moments in my day.
A few things I love beyond school and work
Cooking
I love eating healthy and cooking meals for myself and the people I love. I’m always on social media finding new recipes to try, and I enjoy putting my own spin on them. It’s something that feels creative but also really grounding: a way I show myself love through making food that’s both nourishing and something I enjoy.
Travel
I love new experiences outside of where I live (Los Angeles). Whether I’m somewhere by the beach or somewhere colder, being in a new environment is always inspiring to me. It gives me a fresh perspective and makes me feel like I’m fully living in the moment.
Fitness
Working out is such a big part of my life! I got into it years ago and can’t imagine my routine without it. I love strength training as well as reformer and mat Pilates. I’m always finding ways to stay active, even if it’s just going on walks. Movement plays such a huge role in my overall well-being!
